At A.P.Constructions India Private Limited, we follow a quality manual that has its ethos laid out by our MD, Mr. P.S. Shivakumar. We have guidelines for all departments and processes to be followed in a project and these are strictly followed.
Regular Quality audits are carried out and documented. The entire quality process itself is reviewed periodically to keep it relevant and up-to date.
We ensure wastage is kept to a minimum to provide value for money to our clients. Using modern construction methods and equipment we deliver faster, safer and more reliable housing. We have a refined purchase and inventory system to minimize duplication and reduce costs.
We believe that the customer is always right. We have a robust customer feedback mechanism to learn from our projects and to improve our processes.
